Google announced in May 2017 that it is planning to launch the new Android Go phone series (Nokia 1). After the announcement in May, Recently Google broke its silence by signaling the launch of Nokia 1, the first in the upcoming series of Android Go Phones in March 2018. Basically in May Google gave the world the exciting news of it being busy designing the Android Go Programme to enhance the user experience with the entry-level devices.
Nokia 1 | Google Android Oreo (Go Edition) To Launch in March 2018
After the tweet revealed by the Russian Tipster Eldar Mirtazin, we can expect the launch of the first phone in the Google Android Oreo Go edition series in the coming March. In May, Google hinted on its progress in designing the Google Android Oro Go edition. Nokia 1 is now in news for being the first Google Go edition smartphone to be launched next year. This new smartphone will be designed for emerging markets and is embedded with some of the finest features to make it extremely attractive.
This new smartphone can be expected to have the HD IPS Display with the resolution of 720×1280 pixels. This smartphone has 1 GB RAM along with the 8GB internal storage. According to some of the renowned reports and blogs, the new Nokia 1 smartphone is going to be priced at Rs. 6670. This phone that is planned to be launched next year is going to operate on Android Oreo Go edition designed by Google.
HMD Global to Launch Nokia 1, Android Oreo Go Edition Phone after Nokia 2
This Nokia 1 phone will also be stuffed with the lightweight Google apps including Files Go, Google Maps Go, and Youtube Go. According to the rumors along with the HMD Global, Huawei is also in this project with Google to produce the new series of Android Go Smartphones.
After the launch of Nokia 2 as the cheapest Android phone by HMD Global in October, the HMD global has been busy working on Nokia 1 smartphone. The Nokia 2 phone was priced at Rs. 6999 and is available in both India and US. Finally, the silence is broken and Google has announced the progress of the Nokia 1 smartphone.
