After Jio & Airtel, Now Nokia to Launch a 4G Feature Phone For India

First Reliance Jio 4G Feature Phone JioPhone then Airtel Rs.2000 feature phone, and Next will be Nokia 4G feature phone. Yes, you heard it right, Nokia may soon launch the budget 4G feature phone that will compete with Reliance Jio Jio Phone, Airtel upcoming Rs.2000 phone.

HMD Global also confirmed that the 3G variant of Nokia 3310 will not be launched in India. So it is quite predictable that company is planning to launch the 4G feature phone.

Nokia 4G Feature Phone

According to the Vice President of HMD Global India HMD Global is planning to enter into budget 4G-enabled feature phone market. He also said that the Jio Phone will definitely bring impact in the sale of the smartphone. He added that if the company will see viable business proposition then it will definitely launch the Nokia 4G feature phone.

Earlier Nokia Power User also reported about the launch of Nokia 4G feature phone. HMD Global has recently launched the Nokia 3310 3G variant but the phone was not launched in India.

Nokia 4G Feature Phone – Competition to Jio Phone

The Jio Phone from Reliance Jio will face a tough competition from the Nokia 4G feature phone if it will be launched. Jio Phone changed all the scenario of the smartphone market. Most of the smartphone makers company and telecom operators are planning to launch budget 4G enabled feature phone to attract users. Micromax has partnered with BSNL to launch Entry-level budget 4G feature phone. Airtel is also planning to launch the 4G feature phone and it is also expected that the price of Airtel 4G feature phone will be somewhere around Rs.2000. Micromax is working on Bharat One smartphone.

According to recent reports by 91mobiles, Airtel will launch its budget 4G feature smartphone in the second week of October. The price of Airtel 4G feature smartphone will be Rs.2000 and it will feature 1gB RAM and Android Nougat OS. The phone may come up with 4 inch dispaly and 1500mAh battery. If it is true which is expected then it is sure that Airtel Rs.2000 phone will give a tough competition to Jio Phone.
