HMD Global has launched the Nokia 6 (2018) smartphone in India. This is the upgraded variant of Nokia 6 smartphone which was launched in India last year. The phone is launched in India on 4th April along with Nokia 8 Sirocco. Nokia 6 (2018) price in India is set at Rs.16,999 which is almost same to the price of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. New Nokia 6 is launched in only single variant i.e with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The price of Nokia 6 (2018) is Rs.16,999. But soon the company will launch the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant in India. Moving to Redmi Note 5 pro, the phone has two variant. The first one is with 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage and is priced at Rs.13,999 and the second one is with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage and is priced at Rs.16,999. If we compare the price of the 3GB RAM variant of Nokia 6 with 4GB RAM variant of Redmi Note 5 Pro then Redmi Note 5 Pro is best as it is giving the 4GB RAM in Rs.13,999.

Nokia 6 (2018) smartphone comes with a 16MP camera at the back which is integrated with Zeiss optics. On the front, there is an 8MP camera. In terms of camera, Redmi Note 5 Pro has a dual rear camera with the 12MP primary sensor and 5MP secondary sensor. For selfies, there is a 20MP front camera. The front camera of the phone has also a LED flashlight. Nokia 6 (2018) camera has a bothie feature with which the rear and front camera can be used simultaneously.

The aspect ratio of the display is 18:9 and it comes with 2.5D curved glass.

Nokia 6 (2018) smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC and Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 636 SoC. Nokia 6 smartphone runs on Android Oreo operating system while Redmi Note 5 pro has Android Nougat operating system. Both the smartphones have a fingerprint sensor on the back panel. Redmi Note 5 Pro has a 4000mAh battery and Nokia 6 (2018) has a 3000mAh battery.
