HMD Global has launched the Nokia 7.1 smartphone in India. The new smartphone of Nokia comes with PureDisplay pane which is the biggest highlight of the phone and it supports HDR10. The smartphone was launched in India on 30th November 2018. To recall, the smartphone was first launched last month in London and now it has arrived in India. Other main highlights on the phone include a Dual rear camera, 3060mAh battery, Android One Programme, and 4GB RAM.
Nokia 7.1 Price in India & Launch Offers
HMD Global has launched the Nokia 7.1 smartphone in a single variant in India i.e with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage variant was not launched in India. This variant was launched in London. The price of Nokia 7.1 smartphone is Rs 19999 for the 4GB RAM. There is no word if the 3GB RAM variant of the phone will be brought to India or not.
Under the launch offers, the company has partnered with Airtel to offer 1TB of 4G data on the eligible plans starting Rs 199. Postpaid users of Airtel will get 120GB additional data, 1 year free Amazon Prime Membership and 3 months free Netflix Membership on postpaid plan 499 or above.
Specifications of Nokia 7.1 Smartphone
Coming to the specifications of the phone, there is a 5.84-inches display on the phone that comes with 1080×2280 pixels resolution. The smartphone runs on Android Oreo on the Android One Programme. The users will get an upgrade to Android Pie soon. The aspect ratio of the display is 19:9 and there is a notch on the display. The phone’s display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The Nokia 7.1 is a dual sim phone which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC and has 4GB RAM. The storage of the phone is 64GB which is expandable further via microSD card up to 400GB. The smartphone has a vertical dual rear camera with a 12MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. Below the camera, there sits a fingerprint sensor.
The front camera of the phone comes with 8MP fixes focus sensor and f/2.0 aperture. The battery of the phone is 3060mAh which supports 18W fast charging. The phone will get a 50 percent charge in 30 minutes.
