HMD Global has launched a new variant of Nokia 8.1 smartphone in India. The company launched the 6GB RAM variant of the Nokia 8.1 with 128GB storage last week in India. The phone was launched in the month of December 2018 in India. That time the phone was launched in only a single variant. The phone was launched with 4GB RAM with 64Gb internal storage. And now, there is one more variant of Nokia 8.1 available in India.
At the time of the launch of the Nokia 8.1, the company said that soon the 6GB RAM variant with 128GB storage will also be launched and now the HMD kept its promise and brings the 6GB RAM variant to India. There is no difference in the specifications of the 6GB RAM variant of the phone except the RAM & Storage. Here are the details regarding the specs, price, and features.

The price of Nokia 8.1 smartphone with the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is Rs 29999. The smartphone is Amazon India Exclusive and the first sale will begin from 6th February 2019. The price of the 4GB RAM with 64AGB storage variant is Rs 26999. The smartphone will be available to purchase in Iron/Steel color and Blue/Silver color options. The pre-bookings of the phone started on 1st February via the Nokia website.

Coming to the specifications of the smartphone Nokia 8.1, the phone bears a display of 6.18-inches with the screen resolution of 1080×2244 pixels. The aspect ratio of the display is 18.7:9 and there is a simple notch on the display. The smartphone runs on Stock Android 9 pie operating system and it is a part of the Android One Programme. The smartphone has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC.
There is a dual rear camera on the smartphone with a 12MP primary sensor and a 13MP secondary sensor. The rear camera comes with Zeiss Optics. On the front for selfies and video calling, there is a 20MP camera sensor. The smartphone also comes with the Bothie Feature which means that the front and the rear camera can be used simultaneously.
