HMD Global has finally launched the Nokia 8.1 smartphone in India. This is the new smartphone of the company in India. This smartphone was launched in Dubai last week. And the smartphone is the global variant of Nokia X7 smartphone which was launched in China in the month of October.

The smartphone is launched in Iron/Steel and Blue/Silver color variants. The phone will go on sale on 25th December. The pre-bookings for the phone has started on Nokia.com.
Launch offers on the new Nokia phone include 1TB 4G data for Airtel Prepaid users on the recharge plan starting from Rs 1999 and 120GB extra data for Airtel postpaid users on plan 499 or above. The buyers who will pre-book the phone or select the Notify me option on the Amazon India website will get a 6-month screen replacement from Servify.

Coming to the specifications of the new Nokia 8.1 smartphone, the phone bears a display of 6.18-inches with a screen resolution of 1080×2244 pixels. The smartphone is dual sim phone and has stock Android Pie OS. The smartphone is also a part of the Android One Programme. The processor on the phone is octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 which is paired with 4GB RAM.
