NPCIL Recruitment Via GATE Scores For Executive Trainee Posts | Application Process To Begin From 9th April

NPCIL Recruitment 2019: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released an official notification for the Executive Trainee Posts. This recruitment process is on the basis of the Gate Scores 2017, 2018 & 2019. Candidates who are interested in applying for these posts can check the notification on the website. As of now, only the official notification is released and the procedure of filling the application form will begin next week. Here are the details regarding the Recruitment of Executive Trainee in NPCIL.

NPCIL Recruitment 2019 – Vacancies & Important Dates

According to the official notification of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, there are total 200 vacancies. For the General category, there are 63 vacancies. There are 15 vacancies for EWS and 24 for SC. For the OBC category, there are 42 vacancies and 11 vacancies in NPCIL are for the ST category.

The vacancies in NPCIL for the post of Executive Trainee posts are for the Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Civil discipline. Maximum vacancies are for the Mechanical discipline i.e 83. In the Chemical discipline, there are total 13 vacancies. For the Electrical & Electronics discipline, there are 45 & 14 vacancies respectively. Further, 40 vacancies are for Civil and 5 for the Instrumentation discipline.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) will start the process of filling the application form for the ET posts on 9th April. Candidates can fill and submit the form till the 23rd of April as it is the last date. Once the last date went, the candidates won’t be able to fill the form.

NPCIL Recruitment 2019 – Other Important Details

After, filling the application form, candidates will have to submit application fee. There is a fee of Rs 500 which is only for the candidates belonging to the General, EWC and OBC category. This examination fee is non-refundable. There is no application fee for the female candidates, SC/ST category. The mode of payment of application fee is online. The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 26 years. For the OBC category, the maximum age limit is 29 years while for the SC/ST category, the maximum age limit is 31 years.

The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs 35000 and a one-time book allowance of Rs 10000. In accommodation will be provided by NPCIL during Training. After the successful completion of training, the candidates will be appointed as Scientific Officer.  The selection process includes the – Shortlisting of candidates for personal interviews. Shortlisting of the candidates will be on the basis of the ratio of 1:12 and in the order of merit drawn on the basis of valid GATE 2017, GATE 2018 and GATE 2019 scores.
