Students of Class 10 under Odisha Board (Board of Secondary Education) who are awaiting their 2018 result need to wait longer as Odisha Board has announced that they will not be declaring class 10 result today. Earlier, many media houses had reported that Odisha Board of Secondary Education was about to announce 2018 class 10 results on 27th April. But soon after the news came that the date mentioned was not correct and Odisha Board is not declaring the 2018 result of class 10 students on the previously mentioned date.
As per an update published by NDTV and few other sources, it has now been confirmed that Odisha BSE Class 10 result for 2018 batch will not be declared in April. A new date in the month of May has been speculated. Although no particular date has been announced by Odisha Board in regard to Class 10 2018 result, it is being said that results would be announced in the second week of May.
Odisha Board (CHSE) 2018 Class 12 Result
Along with Odisha Board Class 10 results, lakhs of students are also awaiting their class 12 result 2018. A total of 3.5 lakh students have appeared for class 12 exams in 2018 under Odisha Board (Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education). This number includes students under different streams like medical, non-medical, arts etc. The result for class 12 Odisha CHSE is also said to be declared in the month of May.
Odisha Board (BSE) 2018 Class 10 Result
As per sources, a total of 5.9 Lakh students have appeared for 2018 class 10 exams under Odisha BSE. Last year, the number of students for the same was over 6 Lakh.
It may also be noted that teachers in Odhisa had earlier threatened to stop the evaluation of exam sheets to show their anger towards the government. Dharna was staged by teachers in this regard. Soon, the government told teachers that they had a good plan for them but they must continue with the evaluation process of class 10 board answer sheets in the interest of students.
The Odisha BSE 10th results will be released on the official website of Odhisa Board – bseodisha.nic.in and odhisaresults.nic.in. Apart from these, some other websites will also display the 2018 final results of Odhisa BSE and CHSE class 12.
