There are total 1722 vacancies in Odisha Police Department for the post of candidates. The application process has started and candidates can now fill the application form. Keep this in mind that this is an offline application process and candidates will have to send the filled application form in the prescribed format. Here are the steps:

– In the Latest News & updates Section click on the Application Form for the Civil Constable
– A pdf file will be downloaded. Now take a print out of the prescribed format and fill all the details.

Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination or equivalent examination from the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or by other recognized board. Candidates must have knowledge of Odia and must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
The application fee for the unreserved category is Rs.150 and for the SC/ST category, there is no application fee. The minimum age limit to apply for the post of Constable in Odisha Police is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 23 years. Age relaxation is as per the govt rules.
