Oneplus 5T has been making waves for quite a few days now since its launch and the Chinese company has still not done surprising us. The Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition was revealed for China yesterday while we Indians could not help but get jealous, it seems like that has been acknowledged by the company and now we are bound to get it too. The Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition is coming to India on a special event on 14th December and will go on sale the very next day on Amazon.in.
About the Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition
The Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition remains the same device underneath as the original Oneplus 5T that was launched in India on the 21st of November. It gets the same Snapdragon 835 processor coupled to 6 or 8GB of RAM depending on the variant and the same gorgeous full screen display with minimised bezels. The Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition solves one of the biggest problems that the hardcore Oneplus fans had with the company which is the lack of colour options.
The company sells its flagship devices in Midnight Black or Gunmetal Grey colours only but launched the Oneplus 5T in a bright Lava Red colour in China and to follow up with that Oneplus wanted to gift their fans an extra level of exclusivity with the Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition. The Star Wars Edition of the Oneplus 5T comes in a white colour with a Star Wars – The Last Jedi logo on the back. The priority slider now comes in a red colour while the other buttons remain the same.
Price and Launch of the Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition India
The Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition will be launched in India on the 14th of December and will go on sale on the 15th December which is the same day when the Star Wars: The Last Jedi releases in the country.
Prices of the Oneplus 5T Star Wars Edition will be the largely the same as the outgoing model which comes at 32,999 Rupees for 6GB version and 37,999 Rupees for the 8GB variant.
