The much anticipated, flagship phone OnePlus 5T has finally launched a couple of days back in an event in New York. Before the launch, there was news that OnePlus will not launch OnePlus 5T, Leaks about the OnePlus 5T and many more. But at last, the company finally launched the OnePlus 5T – successor of OnePlus 5. It is interesting that the company launched the OnePlus 5T just a few months after the launch of OnePlus 5. OnePlus 5 was officially launched in the month of June this year and just after 5 months OnePlus launched the OnePlus 5T smartphone. The phone will go on sale in India on November 21 as Amazon Exclusive for Amazon Prime members. Design Of OnePlus 5T – The Biggest Change 

If you want to know what is the big difference in OnePlus 5T in comparison of OnePlus 5 then the answer is Display. OnePlus 5T comes with a 6.01-inch full HD+ display which is bigger than the display of OnePlus 5. However, the resolution of both the phones remains the same i.e 1080×1920 pixels. The display of OnePlus 5T smartphone is protected with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection.

FingerPrint Sensor At Back and Face Unlock Feature in OnePlus 5T

In OnePlus 5T phone, the company has removed the fingerprint sensor from the front panel and embedded it on the back panel of the phone. And with the fingerprint sensor at the back panel, it will now have a new feature to take pictures. Long press the fingerprint sensor to take a selfie and it’s an easy way. Another big feature that comes to OnePlus 5T is the face unlocking feature. OnePlus 5T face unlocking feature will unlock the phone in 0.4 seconds. This feature uses advanced facial recognition algorithms to unlock the phone.

OnePlus 5T – Changes in Camera

Although there is no big change in the camera of OnePlus 5T still change is there. There is a dual camera setup at the back with 16MP and 20MP sensors which is same to OnePlus 5. The primary camera with 16MP remains the same with Sony IMX398 sensor and with an aperture of f/1.7 but the secondary camera is replaced by 20-megapixel Sony IMX376K sensor. In OnePlus 5, Sony IMX350 sensor is there. The camera UI of OnePlus 5T is also redesigned and now it becomes easy to access all the feature in one hand.

What Remains The Same in OnePlus 5T Smartphone

Now, what remains the same in OnePlus 5T smartphone, its price, the processor of the phone, RAM of the phone, Storage of OnePlus 5T phone and Battery of OnePlus 5T Phone. The price of OnePlus 5T remains the same. The phone is launched with 6GB RAM/64GB storage and 8GB RAM/128GB storage which is same to the predecessor. The price of 6GB RAM OnePlus 5T is Rs.32,999 and the price of 8GB RAM variant of OnePlus 5T smartphone is Rs.37,999 which is almost smae to OnePlus 5 price. The phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 835 SoC which is also same. The phone gets its power from 3300mAh battery with dash charge technology which is also same. The camera is also same but with little changes.
