Oneplus 6 Will Most Definitely Come With A Notch

If the rumors turn out to be true, the top end variants of the Oneplus 6 might cost close to 45,000 Rupees.

Oneplus 6 like any other smart phone by the company has already garnered quite a hype even before its launch. There are new leaks and renders doing the rounds on social media every single day with a new detail or specification rumor along with it.

While the notch which is indeed the biggest change in the design language of the Oneplus smartphones has almost been confirmed for the Oneplus 6, we take a quick look at the specifications and features before everything goes official. A new image doing the rounds in China suggests that the Oneplus 6 will be launched in the country on May 5 in Shenzen.

Oneplus 6 Launch to happen on May 5?

Latest rumors suggest that the Oneplus 6 will launch in China on May 5. An image doing the rounds on social media which has covered the phone in a red cloth with its name written underneath it has shed some light on the launch event. According to the image, the Oneplus 6 launch event is scheduled to take place in Shenzen at 2:00 PM China time on 2018.5.5.

We strongly recommend you take the news with a pinch of salt though. The authenticity of the image could not be confirmed as of now and it could end up be a good attempt at photoshop. The Oneplus 6 will most definitely be sporting a notch design on its display like the infamous Apple iPhone X. It was also confirmed in a tweet by the company. However, from what we hear the Oneplus 6 owners will have the option to hide the notch much like the Huawei flagships in 2018.

Oneplus 6 Price in India and Launch Date

If the image circulating on social media turns out to be true then we will be able to get our hands on the Oneplus 6 sooner than expected. Expect the global unveil to happen days before the China launch keeping in line with the trend that the company follows. Coming to the Oneplus 6 price in India we expect them to be largely the same as the Oneplus 5T. However, the most expensive variant with 256GB of on board storage will cost close to 45,000 Rupees.
