ONGC Recruitment 2018: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) released an official notification this month on 7th January and invited applications from candidates for the various posts. The procedure of filling the application form started on the same date and now the last date is coming near to fill the application form. The candidates who haven’t filled the application form yet are advised to fill the form on or before the last date.
ONGC Recruitment 2018 – Application Process To Close on 27th December
The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited started the procedure of filling the application form for various posts on 7th December 2018. The last date to fill the application form is 27th December. Only 7 days have left to fill the application form. The candidates can pay the application fee till 28th December 2018. The admit cards for the exam will be released in February month and the exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in February. The dates for the exam will be announced later on.
ONGC Recruitment 2018 – Other Important Details
The candidates applying for the post under the ONGC Recruitment 2018 will have to pay Rs 370 as registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable. The SC/ST category candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. The candidates will have to deposit the examination fee by depositing the fee in any branch of State Bank of India. The details regarding the application fee is available in the official notification.
As per the official notification released by the ONGC, there are total 115 vacancies for various posts. These vacancies are for the Delhi and Dehradun. For the Delhi, there are total 14 vacancies in ONGC for the post of Assistant Technician, Junior Assistant, and Junior Fire Supervisor. For the Dehradun, there are total 101 vacancies for various posts.
For the post of Junior Fireman/Junior Health Attendant the age limit to apply is 18-27 years while for the all other posts, the age limit is 18-30 years. The OBC category candidates will get 3 years relaxation in upper age limit while the SC category candidates will get 5 years age relaxation. The selection of candidates will be on the basis of the Online examination, PET and Medical Test.
