With the aim to spread the message of a healthy environment and provide a platform for the young talent of the University, PU each year comes up with the mesmerizing Rose Festival 2018. As the time flew, the event has left a tremendous mark not only for PU students but also for the residents of Tricity.

One can take part in the various competition to be held at the 9th Rose Festival of Panjab University by filling up the forms. And the same will be available on the website or the Secretariat starting @ Rs. 50 and will go up to Rs. 200.

PU Campus is all set to welcome the people from the city beautiful to enthrall them into the colors & fragrance of the never seen before roses during the Rose Festival 2018. Also to get to know the all new talent from across the city be School or from College of Chandigarh.
Day 1 (Feb 9, 2018)- Inauguration of 9th Rose Festival @ PU Chandigarh, Flower & Photography competition, Band competition of Schools and Fashion competition.
Day 2 (10 Feb 2018)- Rangoli, Singing, Slogan Writing, Collage making & Face Painting competition.
Day 3 (11 Feb 2018)- Poetic recitation, Creative Mehndi, Dance competition, Rose Prince & Princess, Fancy Dress & Painting competition.
Although the participation in the different competitions to be held during the PU Rose Fest 2018 only entertain entries from School or College Students. But the gates of the 9th Rose Festival will be opened for all.
