It is one of the prominent tourist places in Shimla. Located on the Tara Parvat, the Tara Devi Temple is 15 kms away from the main Shimla. Built about 100 years ago a visit to this temple can have many rejuvenating effects on your mind, body and soul.

Sankat Mochan Temple

Shri Sankat Mochan temple is situated at a distance of about 5 K.m from Shimla and is located at Taradevi  on the Kalka- Shimla National Highway. A huge number of devotees visit this temple to get blessings from the Lord Hanuman every year.

Gorton Castle
