POWERGRID Recruitment 2018 – Starting Date Of Applications
As per the notification released by POWERGRID for the recruitment of Executive Trainees, the official information bulletin will release on 10th January and the application form filling and submission will start on 15th January 2019. The last date to fill and submit the application form will be 15th February 2019.
POWERGRID Recruitment 2019 – Eligibility Criteria & Other Details
In order to apply for the POWERGRID Recruitment 2019 candidates must appear in the GATE 2019 Exam. The candidates who will appear in the GATE Exam 2019 can fill the application form for the POWERGRID Recruitment. The candidates must appear in the corresponding GATE 2019 paper to apply for the post of Executive Trainee.
The upper age limit to apply for the same is 28 years as on 31st December 2018. The candidates who are in the final year or semester can also apply for the same if they expect their result to be out by 14th August 2019. The candidates must have obtained 65% marks in the Bachelor degree to apply for the POWERGRID recruitment 2019. The application fee for the General Category candidates and the unreserved category candidates is Rs 500 while there is no application fee for the rest of the categories.
Candidates belonging to the OBC NCL category will get 3 years age relaxation while for SC/ST category candidates, there is a 5 years relaxation in upper age. For PWD category candidates 10 years age relaxation is there. The Selection of teh candidates for the post of ET in POWERGRID consists of the marks obtained by the candidates in the GATE 2019 exam. Candidates must have to appear in the paper of Electrical Engineering (EE)/ Electronics and Communication (EC) / Civil Engineering (CE) in GATE Exam 2019. The candidates who qualify the GATE Paper 2019 shall only be eligible to be considered fir the next stage of selection.
