Priyanka Chopra made waves in the Indian news when she revealed she was going to be a part of a TV series called Quantico. While she hasn’t done much work in the Bollywood film industry in the past year but the second season of Quantico might have filled her bank account already.
A reputed business magazine Forbes has released their list of top ten highest paid TV actresses and our beloved Priyanka Chopra just managed to feature on it.
Priyanka Chopra ranked 8th in the list with an estimated income of 10 million dollars. Topping the list was Sofia Vergara who features on the long-running comedy series Modern Family. She topped the list for a whopping sixth time consecutively. She made 41.5 million dollars last year. Keep in mind that the accounting Forbes did was from the time period of 1st June 2016- 1st June 2017.
Priyanka Chopra made this huge sum of money thanks to Quantico and the Baywatch movie that released recently that starred Dwayne Johnson and Zac Effron. Although according to Forbes the most consistent money that Priyanka Chopra earned was due to a range of products that she endorses.

Priyanka Chopra stars as Alex Parrish who graduates from the Fbi academy but somehow ends up as a prime suspect in a huge terrorist attack. The show earned four nominations in the People’s Choice Awards and Priyanka won two of them namely – best dramatic actress 2017 and favourite actress in a Tv series. The show has garnered grave positive reviews but somehow the dual timelines represented in the show were heavily criticized.

Apart from Priyanka Chopra, Julie Bowen from the Modern Family ranks third. Mrs Underwood a.k.a Robin Wright managed to enter the list for the first time courtesy House of Cards. She made a total of 5.5 million dollars.
