Priyanka Chopra Asked to Play Role of P.T Usha in Her Biopic
There have been rumors that another biopic is now in pipeline of Bollywood. According to the sources, Revathi.S.Verma is planning on directing the new biopic on the Olympic winner “P.T. Usha”, and for this, she has approached Priyanka Chopra, after being impressed by her performance in “Marry Kom” as a Boxer.
P.T Usha is one of the glorious names in India who has been titled as Payyoli Express and is basically from Payyoli in Kozhikode, Kerela. According to the news floating in Bollywood, this Biopic is the dream project of the famous director Revathi S Verma. The offer is still on the table and Priyanka Chopra is yet to decide whether to accept the offer or not.
Will Priyanka Chopra Revive the Renowned Athlete PT Usha on Silver Screen?
Although there is no confirmation of Priyanka Chopra playing PT Usha in her biopic, still her fans are desperately willing to see her as PT Usha, after her remarkable performance as Marry Kom. As per the word spreading around, Priyanka Chopra has not yet given any confirmation as our star is busy shooting many Bollywood and Hollywood projects.
Also, the second option of Revathi is Sonam Kapoor, if not Priyanka Chopra. Also, the filmmaker Revathi has announced that the movie title will be decided in the upcoming 6-months including the star cast etc. Also, award-winning A.R Rehman is known to compose the music for this big-budget project crossing 100 crores apparently.
