After Cancelling Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 Due to Paper Leak, PSEB Announces New Date

Following the PSEB Class 12 Boad Exam leak, the Punjab School Education Board has decided to re conduct the examination.

Recently, many reports were formulated regarding the PSEB Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 and in order to pace up with the same, the Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) has cancelled the previously conducted examination and has released a fresh date in order to conduct the Class 12 Maths Board Exam again.

When the incident of the paper leak was reported, teachers were initially asked to take charge of the new question papers and distribute it to the students. Many cases of paper leak and discrepancies are reported every year which should be considered on priority so that no convenience of such sort comes across in front of both the students as well as the teachers.

The Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) is all set to conduct the Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 again by March end as the paper was initially leaked as per the various reports and an official notification which was released lately confirms the same scenario.

The PSEB Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 was previously to be conducted on March 20, 2018, but on receiving the reports of the paper being leaked, the Board decided and asked the teachers to collect the newly prepared question papers which were available at the district head office of the Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) and were received by the district authority through an e-mail. This was followed by a cancellation call and the final decision of taking the exam again stands still. The idea to replace the old question papers with the new ones was drooped owing to some of the secrecy issues.

The PSEB Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 will now be held on March 31, 2018.

After noticing that the PSEB Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 was leaked, the officials were not able to provide the new set of the Maths question papers on time and therefore, in afternoon, an announcement was made by the Board that the paper will be held again, March 31, 2018 being the new date.

On the whole, 55,000 regular students, as well as 679 private candidates, were supposed to appear for the PSEB Class 12 Maths Board Exam 2018 in the evening shift of 2 pm to 5 pm across various regions in Punjab.
