RBI Recruitment 2019: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released an official notification and invited online applications from the candidates for the post of Junior Engineer post. The candidates who want to apply for the posts can check the eligibility criteria in the official notification and then apply online for the same. Here are some of the important details regarding the RBI Recruitment 2019.
RBI Recruitment 2019 – Last Date, Vacancies, Application Fee & Other Details
Important Dates: The RBI has opened the link to fill the application form for the post of Junior Engineer on 7th January 2019. The last date to fill the application form is 27th January 2019. The last date for the payment of application fee is also 27th January 2019. The tentative exam date is February 2019.
Application Fee: The candidates applying for the post of Junior Engineer in RBI will have to pay Rs 450 as examination fee + Intimation Charges for the General Category and OBC Category. The candidates of SC/ST/PWD/EXS will have to pay only Rs 50 as intimation charges. Candidates can only pay the application fee via online mode only i.e via Debit cards, Credit cards, IMPS, Mobile Wallets etc.
Age Limit: The candidates who are going to apply must have age between 20 and 30 years. The candidates not born earlier than the 2nd January 1989 and after the 1 Jan 1999 (both days inclusive) can fill the application form online on the official website. The upper age limit for the SC/ST category candidates is 35 years. For the OBC Category candidates, the maximum age limit is 33 years. PWD candidates of General Category will get age relaxation by 10 years, 13 years OBC and 15 years SC/ST.
Vacancies: According to the official notification released by the Reserve Bank of India for the post of JE, there are total 24 vacancies for the Civil and Electrical trade. For the Civil Junior Engineer posts, there are total 15 vacancies which are divided as 9 for General, 5 for OBC and 1 for ST. For the Junior Engineer Electrical, there are 9 vacancies which are divided as 6 for General, 2 for OBC and 1 for ST.
Education Qualifications: The candidates applying for the post of Junior Engineer in RBI must have completed the graduation in the relevant field with the 65% marks for General Category and 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD in the Diploma or 55% marks for the General & OBC and 45% marks for the SC/ST/PWD in the degree.
