Telecom Operator Reliance Jio has added two new plans in the list of Prepaid plans. The two new plans that recently added in the list are Plan 299 & Plan 199. Both the new plans of Jio are monthly plans and comes with all benefits including free calls and free data usage. These new plans are launched under the Reliance Jio Happy New Year Offer. If you see the details of the plan you will definitely say that these plans give a huge competition to Airtel Monthly plans.
Jio 199 Plan Details
The plan 199 of Jio is a monthly plan. In this prepaid plan, users will get all calls free (local, STD & Roaming). Apart from all free calls this plan also offers users 1.2GB data per day. The data usage in this plan is unlimited. Up to 1.2GB users will get full speed data and once the daily limit of the plan ended unlimited data will be there with speed 160 kbps. Local and National SMS are Free in this plan. This monthly plan has a validity of 28 days. The 199 plan of Jio can be the alternative of 149 plan under which only 4.2GB data with full speed is allowed.
Jio 299 Plan details
There is one more plan that has added in the list and that plan is 299 plan. The 299 plan of Jio also comes with similar benefits including calls and data benefits. The only difference in this plan is the daily data usage. In the 299 plan the company is offering 2GB daily data with full-speed and after that unlimited data with 160 kbps speed. The validity of this plan is also 28 days.
The 299 plan of Jio will give a tough competition to Airtel monthly plan 349. The 349 plan of Airtel also gives 2GB daily data with full speed and the plan also offers unlimited local and STD calls (including roaming). Until now Airtel 349 plan is the best plan but now it seems like Jio will once again take over the plan of Airtel.
