Reliance Jio is giving free Jio Prime Membership to its existing users for the next 12 months. Last week on Friday the company revealed it. With this announcement the telecom operator clear all the confusion about the Prime Membership. The prime membership of Jio was going to end on 31st March but now all existing Jio Prime users can extend the membership without any cost for next one year i.e up to 31st March 2019. Free Jio Prime Membership
For Old Existing Users – For all existing Jio Prime users, the next year prime membership is free of cost. users will not have to pay anything for the Prime Membership for next year. But all existing users will have to activate the Prime Membership from the My Jio App. To Activate the Free Prime Membership users will have to follow these steps.
– First of all open the My Jio App. If you don’t have the app download it from the Google Play store and then open it. Log in with your number.
– After logging in you will see a message on the top of the app which says “Extend Jio Prime free for a year. Tap Get now Button”.
– Afer clicking on the button a new message will appear. Below that message, it will show all numbers registered on your name. Tap on any number and then click on proceed. You can also choose all numbers to get the free Prime membership.
– At last, you will see a message saying that Request Raised Successfully.
Once confirmed you will automatically receive a notification about the extension of the Prime Membership. You will automatically receive a message and a pop-up notification regarding the same.
For New Users – For all those who are new users, there is no free Jio Prime Membership. All new users will have to pay Rs.99 for the Jio Prime Membership. Last year in February Jio announced and launched the Jio Prime Membership for its users.
If you Don’t See the link to Activate Prime Membership Free for next one year then just do one thing. Open Youtube or Jio TV app and play a video for some time. After playing a video again open the app and now you will see the link for the activation of free Prime Membership.
