Price of Jio Phone 2
The price of Jio Phone 2 is comparatively high as compared to the last year launched Jio Phone. The phone is priced at Rs.2,999. But the company has announced the Jio Phone Monsoon Hungama Offer. Under this offers users can exchange their current phone with the Jio Phone 2 and can get the phone at just Rs.501. This exchange offers will begin from 21st July.
Support For Whatsapp & Youtube
With the launch of Jio Phone 2, the company announced that the Jio Phone which was launched last year will get a support for WhatsApp and Youtube soon. Both the Jio Phone will have support for Youtube & Whatsapp. In the month of February this year, Jio Phone gets the support for Facebook App.
Jio Phone 2 With 4G VoLTE and LTE Cat.4 Modem & Dual Sim Support
The all-new Jio Phone 2 comes with the support of 4G VoLTE and LTE Cat.4 Modem. With this support, the phone is able to get a download speed of 150 Mbps on the Jio 4G. The phone is a dual sim phone. This is the biggest change in the phone. Last year launched was only a single sim phone. Users can use one Jio Sim and secondary sim of any network. The sim slot 1 only supports 4G Network and the sim 2 supports 2G network.
Calling Button, Disconnection Button & Voice Command Button
The phone comes with a voice calling button on the left side and the voice calling disconnection button on the right side. In the middle, there is a voice command button. There is also a four-way navigation key on the phone. The phone runs on KaiOS operating system.
4GB Internal Storage & 512MB RAM
The Jio Phone 2 comes with 512MB RAM and the internal storage of the phone is 4GB. However, with the microSD card, the internal storage of the phone is expandable up to 128GB. At the back, there is a 2MP camera and on the front, there is a VGA camera. The battery of the phone is 2000mAh.
