The telecom companies have introduced cheaper and valuable 4G data plans to compete with Jio, the king of the telecom market in India.

While every telecom companies in India have already started competing with Jio, Reliance Communication couldn’t stay behind. Rcom has also introduced a valuable 4G data plan which would be offering 70 GB of 4G internet data.

The new 4G internet plan introduced by Reliance Communication will almost cost half the price of Jio’s plan. The company will be offering 70GB of 4G data for a price of just Rs. 148 and will be valid for 70 days.

The new 4G plan introduced by Reliance Communication will come under RCom’s super value tariff plan. However, the plan is available in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh circles.

Reliance Communication’s Two More Recharge Plans

Apart from the 4G data, Rs. 50 talk time and voice calls will be charged Rs. 25 paise per minute. However, no clarification has been whether the scheme would be for STD calls or local calls or both.

Reliance Communication has also come up with two more recharge plans, FRC 54 and FRC 61 plan. Under the FRC 54 pack, the users will be getting 1GB of 4G data daily and would be valid for 28 days. The STD and local voice call charges are 10 paise per minute to Reliance network and 25 paise per minute to other network connections.

The only difference between FRC 54 and FRC 61 plan is that under the FRC 61 plan the users will be charged 1 paisa per 6 seconds for the voice calls made to Reliance connections and 1 paisa per 2 seconds for the voice calls made to other network connections.

Reliance Communication aka RCom is all set to merge with Aircel where both the companies will hold equal share. It is expected that both the companies would be merging by mid of 2017. RCom and Aircel would give a solid competition to Jio and other telecom companies after merging.
