The Jio pre- Diwali pack kicked off from today and will continue until October 18. This is a festive offer for the millions of Reliance Jio customers by the company.

To get the recharge of Rs 399 online, the Jio customer will have to avail pre-Diwali pack, Dhan Dhana Dhan offer from either MyJio app or Jio Store or Jio.com or the large format stores of Reliance Digital. However, for offline recharge, the Jio customers can get the recharge with any Jio partnered retail outlet and pay in either cash or by e-wallet including JioMoney or Paytm or MobiKwik or Amazon Pay.
Reliance Jio Rs 399 plan constitutes a 4G Data offer upto 84 GB along with the FUP limit of 1 GB. This offer will be valid till 84 days and the Jio customers recharging with Rs 399 pack can also avail unlimited calls, free SMS service and he can subscribe to any Jio app. The same plan will be applicable to all the Jio postpaid customers for their three billing cycle months.
How to redeem the Jio cashback vouchers
Though the Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan pre- Diwali offer of Rs 399 plan with 100 per cent cashback is very lucrative but it has a flip side to it. Once, the Jio customers get a recharge done of Rs 399, he will receive eight vouchers of Rs 50 each that can be used in future to get the recharge done. Once, you have vouchers, you can only redeem them after November 15 and that too one voucher at a time but not all together.
