RRB Group D Recruitment Exam 2018 Likely From 17 September | Tips For Candidates to Score Good

RRB Group D Recruitment 2018: On 26th August, Railway Recruitment Control Board released the official notice regarding the exam dates for the RRB Group D posts. The official notice states that Railway Recruitment Board will start the first stage CBT exam for RRB Group D posts likely from 17th September. The exam dates and centers will be available on the official website 10 days prior to the examination.

RRB Group D Recruitment 2018 – Tips To Score Good

The Railway Recruitment Control Board will conduct the First Stage CBT exam for Group D posts likely from 17th September. The question paper for the Group D exam will have total 100 question and time duration of 90 minutes. This means that applicants don’t have on 1 minute for each question. So candidates need to understand how they can manage to attempt the question paper.

The CBT exam of RRB Group D will have questions from 4 subjects. These subjects are – Mathematics, General intelligence & reasoning, General Science and Current Affairs. Out of these 4 subjects, the lengthy one is Mathematics and Reasoning. The Current affairs section has 20 questions. Candidates are advsied to attempt the questions in just 10 minutes. If there is any doubt in the answer then don’t attempt it.

Next in RRB Recruitment exam, General Science will have 25 questions and candidates can almost attempt these questions in 15 minutes or less. So 45 questions can be attempted in just 25 minutes. Now candidates will have 55 questions and 65 minutes. Now attempt the easy questions first. Don’t go for the long one as it can take more time. Attempt all the lengthy questions in the end.

The subject wise strategy for Railway Recruitment Board exam is most important. In the Mathematics section, candidates will have to show their skills with the plan. Candidates must have the idea of the questions asked in the paper. The questions will be based on BODMAS, Percentage, Ratio, CI & SI, Algebra, Geometry & Trigonometry and Time. Read all the formulas and attempt mock tests to show your skills.

Reasoning Ability in RRB Railway Recruitment Control Board group D exam will have questions basically from the Analogy topic, Classification, Blood relation, Direction, Reasoning, Syllogism, Assumption, and Argument. General Science section will have questions from Classification, Life Processes, Sources of Energy, Reproduction, Acid, Bases. Metals and Non-Metals, Chemical Reactions, Heat, Force, Gravitation, & Electricity. Read all these topics carefully. For the General Awareness, candidates must read the newspapers, General Knowledge books, current affairs books and information regarding the current happenings is must for this section.
