RRB JE Recruitment 2019: The Railway Recruitment Control Board (RRB) has released an official notification regarding the JE and Other posts last month and now started online applications. RRB JE Recruitment 2019 – All Details
Starting Date & Last Date: As per the official notification released by the RRB (Railway Recruitment Board), the application form filling process for the RRB JE and other posts has started from 2nd January 2019. The last date or the closing date to fill the application form is 31st January 2019. The candidates can pay the application fee via online mode till 5th February, via SBI Challan on 4th February and the final submission date of application form is 7th February 2019.
Application Fee: The application fee for the RRB Recruitment 2019 is Rs 500 for the General Category candidates and OBC Category candidates. The Railway Recruitment Control Board will refund Rs 400 after the candidate appear in the Ist Stage CBT. For the SC/ST/PH and women candidates, the application fee is Rs 250. The whole application fee will be refunded back after the Ist Stage CBT.
Vacancies: As per the official notification released by the Railway Recruitment Control Board, there are total 13487 vacancies for various posts. Out of these 13487 vacancies, there are 12844 vacancies for the Junior Engineer posts, 29 vacancies for the Junior Engineer (IT), 227 vacancies for the Depot Material Superintendent and 387 vacancies for the Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant posts.
Age Limit & Other Details: As on 1st January 2019, the candidates with a minimum age of 18 years and the maximum age of 33 years can apply for the post. The education qualification for each post is mentioned in the official notification. There will be a Computer Based Test for the selection There will be 2 stages of CBT Exam which will be followed by the medical examination and document verification. The candidates can apply online on the official website by selecting the RRB. The candidates are advised to select the correct RRB during the application process and it won’t be changed later.
