RRB Recruitment 2018 | For 90,000 Vacancies, Railways Receives Record 2 Crore+ Applications

RRB Recruitment 2018: Railway Recruitment Control Board has received 2+ Crore application for 90,000 vacancies for the year 2018 in Indian Railways. RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) rolled out almost 90000 vacancies in the month of February for the recruitment purpose in the year 2018. By the last date of the RRB 2018, the Board have received almost 2+ Crore application for RRB Group D and RRB Technician & ALP posts.

Earlier this year only, RRB has announced to invite applications for bumper openings. But the numbers of applicants in real were really shocking for the Board itself. For just a few thousands of vacancies, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has got crores of applications for the year 2018.

RRB Recruitment 2018: 2 Crore+ candidates applied for 90,000 vacancies

In an unexpected situation, RRB has received a total of 2.37 crore of application to fill up just 90,000 vacancies in the Indian Railways 2018. In the month of February 2018, Railway Recruitment Board invited application for 62,000 posts under Group D and 26000 posts of Assistant loco pilot and Technician. But for the same, it came as shock for the officials as well that 2 crores 37 lakhs of Indians have applied for the post under the RRB 2018.

Now the Board has been busy in the scrutiny of the application received for the various post in Indian Railways under RRB for the year 2018. Even the RRB official has been shocked by getting these much of applications for the Railway Recruitment 2018.

RRB Recruitment 2018 –  CBT Exam date to be out soon

As RRB officials are busy in the scrutiny process of applications for the year 2018, applicants have been waiting for the dates of RRB 2018 CBT exam (Computer-based Test). Railway Recruitment Control Board was supposed to conduct the CBT Exam 2018 in the month of April/ May. But now it has been June 2018, till date no official announcement regarding the RRB Recruitment CBT 2018 exam has been made.

In regards to the RRB 2018 exam, Railway Recruitment Board has rolled out a notification stating that the scrutiny for the applications has been going on. Soon, the dates of RRB CBT exam 2018 will be out on the official website i.e www.indianrailways.gov.in.

Candidates are even requested to keep an eye on the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) as anytime after the scrutiny ends, RRB will announce the dates for RRB Group C & Group D exam.
