RRB Recruitment 2018: 2.38 Applicants awaits exam date for Group C & D Posts
RRB(Railway Recruitment Control Board) suppose to conduct the Group C & D exam in the month of June or July 2018. With the starting of July month as well, the RRB applicants have been waiting for the final exam date from the Board. But the Board now has assured to release the exam date for Group C & D post soon. Till then applicants have been advised to regularly check the official website of RRB for updates.
Railway Recruitment Board early in 2018 rolled out a notification to fill-up 90,000 vacancies in various Railway Department. For these 90,000 posts, RRB received almost 2.38 crore applications for the year 2018. This has been said to be a record number of applications received by the Railway Recruitment Board. The scrutiny process of the applications has been taking time of RRB, that leads to the delay in exam date.

As per the latest reports, it has been mentioned that RRB is likely to conduct the Group C & D exam in the month of September/ August 2018. Although no final dates have been announced by the Railway Recruitment Control Board.
