RRB Recruitment 2018 – Indian Railways Holding World’s Largest Recruitment Drive of the Year

RRB Recruitment 2018: Railway Recruitment Control Board has made a record to hold World’s largest Recruitment drive for the year 2018. As per reports, RRB has held the largest recruitment drive in the World for the year 2018. Although still, RRB has been ongoing with the recruitment process for multiple vacancies to be filled in 2018 and 2019.

With the starting for the year only, Railway Recruitment Control Board started the recruitment process for various posts. From Group C to Group D post, ALP and Trackman, RRB has held the recruitment process for each and every department under the Indian Railways. RRB Recruitment 2018: Indian Railways hold World’s Largest Recruitment

Railway Recruitment Control Board got a total of 2.37 crore application for just 1 Lakh vacancies in the year 2018. Although these numbers are 15 times higher than the total candidates who appeared for Class 10 Board exams in the year 2018. Along with the same, it is for the second time in the last 2 years that RRB has held the Recruitment drive for a huge number of vacancies.

Even the huge number of applications for Railway Recruitment Board received for just 90,000 vacancies stands a whopping number of 2.37 crores. Although the vacancies were released in the starting of the year, till now candidates are preparing for the written exam for the RRB Recruitment 2018. As Indian Railways recruitment exam consists of the written and physical test.

Along with the 90,000 vacancies of Group C & D, ALP and Trackman post, Railway Recruitment Board has also announced a few more vacancies for the year 2018. Recently RRB has announced a total of 2600 trackman posts to be filled by retired employees for Indian Railways in the year 2018. Whereas the last date for application process according to official notification is 15 October 2018.

Further as reports, Indian Railways have been retiring almost 45,000 employees every year. After retirement and promotion, RRB uses to hold the recruitment drive for multiple vacancies. Last time the Railway Recruitment Control Board held the recruitment drive in February 2017. Now we wish all the luck to the candidates appearing for RRB Recruitment drive for the year 2018.
