RRB Recruitment 2018: The Ministry of Railways has released the official notification on the official website regarding the Railway Recruitment Board Exam for Group D Posts. Last month the RRB released the tentative starting dates for the Group D exam and also released the section wise marks for the exam. And on 6th September, Railway Recruitment Control Board released the confirmed exam dates. Here are the complete details regarding RRB Group D Recruitment 2018.
RRB Recruitment 2018 – Exam Schedule For Group D Posts
As per the official notice released by the Ministry of Railways, the CBT for Railway Recruitment Board Exam for Group D posts will begin from 17th September. The exam will be conducted in phases (just like the RRB Group C exam). All the candidates who have applied for the RRB Group D posts are advised to check all the details.
According to the Railway Recruitment Control Board official notice, the CBT exam will start on 17th September. The activation of the Mock Link for the RRB Group D CBT exam will be activated on 10th September. The details regarding the Exam City, Date and Shift will be available on the official website from 9th September 2018.
The download of Train Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates will begin from 10th September 2018. the e-admit card for the Railway Recruitment Board Exam for Group D posts 2018 will be available to download 4 days prior to the exam date of the candidates. The candidates are advised to log in on the Railway Recruitment Board official website with their credentials and check their exam city, Date and Session.
RRB Group D Exam 2018 CBT Question Paper Scheme
From 17th September, the Railway Recruitment Board will start conducting the CBT exam for the Group D posts. The duration of the RRB CBT exam for the Group D posts is 90 minutes and 120 minutes for PWD candidates. In the CBT exam, there will be total 100 questions. All the questions will be of MCQ type and for every wrong answer, there will be negative marking.
In the CBT of Railway Recruitment Board Exam for the RRB Group D posts, there will be total 4 sections – Mathematics, General Science, General Intelligence & Reasoning and General Awareness & Current Affairs. General Science and Mathematics Sections will have 25 questions each, while General Awareness section will have 20 questions and 30 questions in the General Intelligence & reasoning.
