Keeping in view the increasing usage of data among the customers, telecom companies are now offering attractive discount and cashback schemes to get new customers. Reliance Jio has already got 80 percent of data users in the country with their attractive schemes and recharge plans. Now Airtel and Vodafone have also joined the race to get the customers through lucrative discount and cashback schemes.
Bharti Airtel Offers Rs.1500 cashback on Selected Samsung Galaxy Phones
The country’s leading Telecom companies Airtel and Vodafone have joined hands with Samsung to offer cashback up to Rs.1500 on selected Galaxy J series phones for two years. Airtel is going to offer up to Rs.1500 cashback on Samsung Galaxy J2, Galaxy J5 Prime, Galaxy J7 prime and Galaxy J7 Pro. These phones are priced between Rs.6,990 to Rs.19,990. The Airtel customers will need to recharge their phones with the Rs.199 pack every month (a total of Rs.5000 over 24 months) to avail the cashback of Rs.1500. Airtel users will get 1GB data every day with unlimited local and STD calls for 28 days.
Bharti Airtel customers who have done the recharge of total Rs.2500 in the first 12 months would be eligible for the first cashback of Rs.300. Customers will be eligible for second cashback of Rs.1200 when they recharge with total Rs.2500 over the next 12 months. The cashback amount will be credited into the Airtel Payments Bank account of the customers.
Vodafone offers Cashback for Prepaid and Postpaid Customers
Vodafone is offering the cashback on Galaxy J2 Pro, Galaxy J7 and Galaxy J7 Nxt. These phones are priced between Rs.8,490 and Rs.16,900. Vodafone customers will be required to recharge their account with Rs.198 every month which amounts to Rs.4,752 over two years. The Rs.1500 cashback will be offered to customers over a period of 24 months.
On the other hand, Vodafone is offering the cashback for both prepaid and postpaid customers. To avail the cashback offer, Vodafone customers need to subscribe to any of the Vodafone Red plans. The Postpaid customers will get a cashback of Rs.600 at the end of first 12 months and another cashback of Rs.900 at the end of next 12 months. The cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s Vodafone M-Pesa wallets.
