Samsung Rolls Out its Bixby Voice Support in India | Here’s How it Works

Samsung rolled out its Bixby voice support in India and it is pretty amazing. Samsung Bixby Voice is a virtual support to the users of Samsung smartphones across India which is like an AI-powered digital assistance just as Apple has Siri, Amazon is supported by Alexa, Google is backed by Assitant and Microsoft is assisted by Cortana. The commencing Samsung Bixby Voice support was planned a month before by the company but it finally kicked off this week.

Samsung, which is a South Korean electronics company has by large, taken over a great chunk of the smartphone consumer base in India and holds a good position amongst the smartphone manufacturer by brand value. Samsung has invested months and months to set up the Research and Development centres in Bengaluru and understand the Indian language and dialects to come up with its voice support Bixby. Samsung Bixby Voice support has adopted the various Indian accents including of those customers who have selected for English (US) language, to make Samsung Bixby Voice support a great success. Samsung Bixby voice is totally optimized as per the Indian accent and is completely ‘Make for India’

Samsung Bixby had earlier launched in many the US and European countries with its four vital features for the Samsung smartphone customers. With Samsung Bixby, anyone can talk to the voice support, do photography, get advice on food, travel and other things, put reminders and see how it can sense it on its own. There is ‘Quick Commands’ feature for creating a custom voice command to use instead of one or two commands.

Which all Samsung smartphones can use Bixby 

Just like the newly released iOS 11 that will work only on a few models of Apple’s iPhones and iPads, Samsung Bixby Voice support will also work on a few Samsung smartphone models. As of now, users of Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+and the Galaxy Note 8 can only avail the assistance of Samsung Bixby Voice support. However, the newly launched Samsung Galaxy J7+ already features the Bixby Home app in the handset.
