According to the reports of ANI, Vikas Kumar has sued the Makers of Movie Veerey Ki Wedding for alleged copyright infringement. A legal notice from the singer has been served to the makers demanding Rs.7 crore as damages and an apology. According to the legal notice, the makers of the movie Veeray Ki Wedding will have to pay Vikas Kumar Rs.7 Crore as damages and not to use the song in the movie without his permission. If the makers will not do this a legal action will be taken against them. The complaint has been filed to CFBC (Central Board of Film Certification) Chairman Prasoon Joshi.

Veeray Ki Wedding is an upcoming romantic comedy movie. The movie stars Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda, Jimmy Shergill, Satish Kaushik and Supriya Karnik.
