SBI Launches Digital Services App YONO For Lifestyle Products & Services | Check Details

State Bank of India (SBI) has come up with an integrated omni-channel digital service YONO that will be a one-stop solution for all the financial needs and lifestyle services. YONO which stands for ‘You Only Need Once’ is SBI’s new digital channel that will offer financial services to the user of 14 different categories like shopping, dining, medical assistance, booking cabs, entertainment, and travel.

The SBI’s YONO was launched by the Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs, recently who believes that this service of the State Bank of India will provide the financial freedom to the end user while assisting them in using just one single mode with the further integrated omni-channel digital platform.

SBI launches YONO services for financial & lifestyle products

YONO by SBI is conceived and operates on the technologies of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics. The SBI customers using YONO services can access it via online portal as well as through a mobile app.The State Bank of India’s YONO is a user-friendly portal, developed to offer maximum convenience to the customers for a hassle-free experience. This new services of YONO by SBI will also enhance the banking experience of the customers along with other benefits that are lifestyle based.

Customers of SBI can use YONO to avail services like quick opening of bank account, loans, money transferring, money deposits, getting overdraft facility against FD and many more. Other than that the customers of SBI YONO can avail services from digital platform and e-commerce websites like Ola, Mytra, Amazon, Jabong, Byjus, Swiggy, Cox & Kings, Yatra, Thomas Cook, Airbnb, Uber, Shoppers Stop and many more.

SBI credentials apart from YONO services

SBI is India’ largest national bank that has been ranked 50 in the list largest network of banks in the world. On September 30, there was Rs 26.23 lakh SBI deposit base with CASA ratio of 43.81%. SBI reportedly, also had Rs 18.92 lakh crore as advances. Not only this, the bank. SBI also claimed to own the market share of 31.97% home loans and 34.64% as auto loans. And to top it all, SBI has a large network of 22,900 branches and 58,916 ATM operational throughout the country. Amongst its new users, SBI alone has 4.2 crore customers who are using internet banking while 2.57 crore customers are the mobile banking users. Talking about international operations, SBI has 205 offices across 36 countries.
