Among burgeoning demand for managed offices and co-working solutions, Skootr, India’s number one chain of managed offices and Coworking Spaces company has tied up with DLF Limited, the largest commercial real estate developer in the country to set up India’s largest co-working and managed office space in DLF Cyber City, Gurugram. This innovative facility will be operational by Q3 of this business year.
Skootr has leased 22,000 sq ft superior office space at Gurugram in Haryana from realty major DLF Ltd to expand its business and cater to the rising demand for flexible space.
Skootr (Gurugram-based), which was established in the year 2015, now currently has 12 centres spread over 1.8 lakh sq ft area with about 3,600 seating capacity in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and Jaipur.
Also, the founder of the Skootr coworking Mr. Puneet Chandra has told PTI that they have taken 22,000 sq ft of office space in ‘DLF Square’ building on lease. With this, they have leased around 1 lakh sq ft area in DLF buildings at Gurugram.
The company will open its 13th centre in this building in June with around 300 seating capacity, he said. Seat revenue in this upcoming centre is targeted for Rs 25,000-30,000 per seat. Skootr’s business model is to offer service to any company planning to set-up a permanent office.
