SSC CGL Exam 2017 which is to be held in the month of August this year has announced its amendment notification online today. Releasing an official notice of SSC CGLE 2017 via its official website of ssc.nic.in, the Commission has revised the age limits of the candidates to make them eligible for the SSC CGL 2017 exam this year. Announcing the amendment officially today, just 3 days prior to the last date of receiving an application of the SSC CGL on June 16, 2017, the candidates who have already applied for the SSC CGL Exam of 2017 this year are confused.

About the Revised Notification of SSC CGL 2017

The revised notification as dealt by SSC pertaining to the SSC CGL Examination of 2017 this year has gone viral which is released only three days prior to the last date of application of the SSC CGL 2017.   • Various government departments have still not exceeded the upper limit of the age limit required
  • Keeping the age limit as acceptable till the age of 30 as against 27, following departments have revised the criteria
  • Central Administrative Tribunal Department along with the Deptt. of Electronics and Information
  • Directorate of Forensic Sciences Services under Ministry of Home Affairs
  • The posts as lying vacant against these departments are now being scrapped by the SSC
  • The post with Grade C is identified as not suitable for Physically Handicapped candidates.
