SSC CGL 2018 New Exam Dates & E-Admit Cards Likely to be Out By the End of This Month

SSC CGL 2018: It’s more than 20 days since the Staff Selection Commission has postponed the examination dates for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018 and still there is no update regarding when the SSC will conduct the exam. The first stage CBT Exam for the SSC CGLE 2018 was scheduled to begin from 25th July 2018 but it was postponed. Here are the details.

SSC CGL 2018 Exam Tier 1 Exam Dates & Admit Cards Release Date

As of now, there is no official confirmation from the side of the Staff Selection Commission regarding the exam dates and the admit cards release date for the SSC Combined Graduation Level 2018 Tier 1. The candidates who have applied for the SSC CGL 2018 Exam are now eagerly waiting for the exam dates date admit cards for the CGL exam 2018.

It is now expected that the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the new dates for the SSC CGL exam 2018 by the end of this month and the admit cards will be released 10 days prior to the exam dates. Earlier, the Tier 1 of the CGL exam was scheduled to held from 25th July to 20th August. Well, the candidates will have to wait for the official notification.

SSC CGL Exam 2018

The Staff Selection Commission released the official notification for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018 in the month of May. The process of filling the online applications form for the SSC Group Posts started on 5th May. The last date to fill the application form was 4th June, but SSC extended the last date to a few more days at that time due to some technical fault o=in the website.

The Staff Selection Commission conducts the Combined Graduate Level Examination every year for the filling of multiple posts (Group B & Group C Posts) in the various departments. The candidates will be selected for various posts on the basis of the performance in Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and the CGL Tier 4.

The First two Tiers i.e the CGL Tier 1 and CGL Tier 2 are the Computer Based Examination. The Tier 3 of the CGL exam is a descriptive paper (pen & paper mode). The Tier 4 of the CGL Exam is a Computer Proficiency Test, Skill Test and the Document Verification. The candidates who will clear the Tier 1 will appear in Tier 2 and Tier 2 qualified candidates will appear in Tier 3 and then in Tier 4.
