SSC CGL 2018 | Today is Last Date to Fill Online Application For Group B & C Posts

SSC CGL 2018: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level) Exam every year to fill various Group C and Group B posts in different departments. This year SSC release the SSC CGL 2018 notification on 5th May and the online application started on the same date. The last date for the application for SSC CGL 2018 exam is 4th June. All candidates are advised to fill the application form on or before the last date.

SSC CGL 2018 Last Date

The Commission started the application process for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam on 5th May. The last date for application is 4th June. Candidates who haven’t filled the application form for the SSC CGL exam 2018 then fill it on or before 4th June. After the deadline, candidates will not be able to submit or fill the application for the CGL 2018 exam.

SSC CGL 2018 Tier 1 CBT Exam Date

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the First Stage CBT Exam or the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam in the month of July. The Tier 1 of the Combined Graduate Level Exam will begin from 20th July and will continue till 20th August. The CGL 2018 Tier 2, CGL Tier 3 and Tier 4 exam dates will be notified later on. The Tier 1 of the CGL 2018 exam will be a Computer Based Exam.

SSC CGL 2018 – Scheme of Examination

The SSC CGL exam will be conducted in 4 Tiers. The first two tiers of the CGL 2018 will be a CBT (Computer Based Test/Examination). The Tier 3 of the SSC CGL 2018 exam will be a descriptive paper (pen and paper mode). The 4th Tier of the CGL exam will be a Skill test/document verification.

SSC CGL Tier 1: Staff Selection Commission will conduct the CGL 2018 Tier 1 exam from 20th July onwards. The Tier 1 paper of the CGL exam will have 100 questions from Reasoning, General Awareness, Aptitude and Engish Comprehension. Candidates will get 60 minutes to attempt the paper.

SSC CGL Tier 2: SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam tier 2 will have four paper and candidates will get 120 minutes to solve each paper. These four papers will be based on the selection of posts. Paper 1 – Quantitative Abilities, Paper 2 – English Language, Paper 3 – Statistics and Paper 4 – General Studies. Paper 1 and Paper 2 are compulsory for all posts. Tier 3 of the SSC CGL exam 2018 will be a descriptive paper and candidates will get 60 minutes to attempt the paper. The Paper includes writing of essays/precis/Letter and Application.
