SSC CGL Exam 2018 | Registration Closed, Procedure to Check Application Status

SSC CGL 2018 Exam: Staff Selection Commission has closed the online application process for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2018. The SSC CGL 2018 exam application process was scheduled to close on 4th June but due to some technical problems on the website the Staff Selection Commission extended the CGL 2018 last date to 5th June. And now the application process for the CGL 2018 exam is closed.

SSC CGL 2018 Exam For Group B and Group C Posts Closed

Staff Selection Commission released the Official notification for the CGL 2018 exam on May 5th and the application process for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam started on the same date. The Last date for the application was 4th June but SSC extend the date to 5th June. Now the application process is closed.

SSC will conduct the CGL 2018 Tier 1 exam from 25th July to 20th August. According to the SSC CGL 2018 Official notification, the Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 exam dates will be announced later on.

SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam – Check Application Status 

Candidates who have applied for the SSC CGLE 2018 can check the application status on the official website. To Check the application status, candidates will have to go to the website ssconline.nic.in. On the home page, click on the link saying Check Application Status. At the time of writing this the application status check the link of the SSC CGL 2018 Application Form was not working.

SSC CGL Exam Details

Every year, Staff Selection Commission conducts the Combined Graduate Level Exam for the selection of candidates for the SSC Group B and Group C posts in the various departments and ministries of India. SSC CGL is a Graduate Level Examination in which all candidates who have completed Graduation from a recognised University can apply.

SSC (Staff Selection Commission) conducts the Combined Graduate Level Exam in Four Tiers. The Tier 1 and the Tier 2 of the SSC CGL exam are a Computer Based Test, the Tier 3 of the CGL exam is a descriptive paper (pen and Paper mode) and the Tier 4 of the CGL exam is a Skill Test. The qualified candidates of Tier 1 will go to the next level and so on. The candidates who qualify the Tier 2 will go for Tier 3 of SSC Combined Graduate Level exam.
