SSC CPO Exam 2017 Final Result Declared By Staff Selection Commission on Official Website

SSC CPO Exam 2017: Staff Selection Commission has uploaded the final result of the SSC CPO Exam 2017 for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI (Assistant Sub Inspector) in CISF. The result is available on the website of SSC and candidates who want to check the details can go to the official website of SSC and then check the same. Here are the details regarding the final result of SSC CPO Exam 2017.

SSC CPO Exam 2017 Final Result 

The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Paper 1 CBE for the SSC CPO Exam 2017 form 1st July 2017 to 7th July 2017. The result of the SSC CPO Exam 2017 was declared on 6th September 2017. The candidates selected called for the PET/PST. After that, the candidates who cleared the PET/PST called for the Paper 2 of the CPO Exam 2017.

Staff Selection Commission conducted Paper 2 of the CPO Exam 2017on 15th December 2017. This exam was held to shortlist the candidates for the Medical Examination. After that total 4221 male candidates and 855 female candidates were qualified for the document verification of the said examination.

As per the final result of the SSC CPO Exam 2017 for ASI and SI, There were total 616 vacancies for the post of SI in Delhi Police and candidates recommended for the posts are 607. For the post of ASI and SI in CAPF, there were total 2220 vacancies and total candidates recommended for the posts are 2219. There were total 528 vacancies for the female candidates and total 281 vacancies are recommended. Out of these 44 OBC candidates have cleared the exam at UR standard.

SSC CPO Exam 2017 Final Result Tie Breaker

In the case of Tie in the marks (if one or more than once candidates score the same equal marks) the tie of the marks has been resolved under the various methods by Staff Selection Commission. The tie of marks has been resolved by SSC on the basis of – Total Marks of candidate in Paper 1 and Paper 2, Marks in the Paper 1, Marks in Paper 2, On the basis of Date of Birth (the candidates with older date of birth placed higher) and on the basis of Alphabetical order of candidates first name.
