SSC CPO Recruitment 2018: On March 3, Staff Selection Commission released an official notification for the Recruitment of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPF and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF. The online application started on 3rd March and ended on 2nd April. Staff Selection will conduct the CPO Recruitment Exam 2018 from 4th June to 10th June.
SSC CPO Recruitment 2018 – Scheme and Pattern of Exam
The SSC CPO Exam 2018 will be conducted in three stages. The first stage of the exam will consist of Paper 1 followed by Physical Standard test or Physical Endurance Test in the second stage and Paper 2 and Detailed Medical Examination in the third stage. These all stages are mandatory. The exam date for the Paper 1 is 04-06-2018 to 10-06-2018. There will be CBT exam for the Paper 1 and for Paper 2. The first paper for the CPO 2018 exam of SSC will have four parts including General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge, Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each part will have 50 questions with 50 maximum marks. The time duration to attempt all questions will be 2 hours.
The Paper 2 of the Staff Selection Commission CISF Examination is scheduled to be held on 1 December 2018. The paper 2 of the CPO 2018 exam will have questions from subject Engish Language and Comprehension. This exam will have total 200 questions and the maximum marks will be 200. The time duration of the test will be 2 hours.
All the questions will be of objective type. The questions of Part 1, part 2 and Part 3 in Paper 1 of SSC CPO Exam will be in English and Hindi language. Candidates are advised to keep this in mind, there will be negative marking for each wrong answer.
SSC CPO Recruitment Exam 2018 – Selection Procedure
The Staff Selection Commission holds the right to fix minimum qualifying standards in each part of the SSC CPO Paper 1. All those candidates who will clear the Part 1 of the CPO exam will be called for the PET and the PST test. Candidates who will qualify the Paper 1 and then the PST will only be called for the Paper 2 and the medical examination.
