SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018: Staff Selection Commission has started the online application process for the various Constable Vacancies in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA & SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles (AR). All interested candidates who want to apply for the SSC GD Recruitment 2018 Examination can now apply online on the new website of Staff Selection Commission. SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Important Dates & Application Fee
The online application process for the SSC Recruitment 2018 for the post of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles started on the SSC Website on 17th August. The last date to fill the application form is 17th September.
Earlier in last month Staff Selection Commission released the official notification for the Constable Recruitment 2018 on 21st July. The application process was scheduled to start on 21st July but due to the technical error in the new website of SSC, the application postponed to 25th July. But again due to heavy load on the website, it was decided to postpone the application process to 17th August.
The application fee for the SSC Recruitment 2018 for Constable post is Rs.100 for the General and OBC Category candidates. There is no fee for women candidates, and candidates belonging to the SC, ST & Ex-Servicemen. The application fee can be paid either by Credit card, debit card, net banking or by SBI Challan.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Important Instructions
Before applying online for the constable post under the SSC Recruitment 2018 candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully. The 10th class is the minimum educational qualification to apply for the Staff Selection Commission Constable exam 2018. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Examination (CBE) and then followed by the PET & Medical Examination.
The candidates who haven’t completed the required education qualification as on 1st August are not eligible to apply. The Persons with Disabilities are not eligible to apply online for these posts. The application fee once paid is non-refundable in any circumstances. After submission of application form candidates are advised to take a print out of the application form.
