SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 for 54953 Posts | Vacancy Details – Category & Department Wise

SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018: After the long wait of more than 20 days Staff Selection Commission started the online application process for the SSC GD Constable from 17th August. The online application process for the SSC GD Exam 2018 was scheduled to begin from 21st July but due to some technical error in the website, the application process postponed to 17th August 2018.

Now the application window to apply online for the total 54953 vacancies in SSC for the post of Constable and Rifleman is open and candidates who are interested and want to apply for the same can fill the application form online on the official new Website of SSC. Candidates make sure that they will first register themselves on the new website of the Staff Selection Commission and then apply online. Here are the vacancy details category wise and department wise under the SSC GD Constable Recruitment.

SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Category Wise Vacancy Details for the Female Candidates

According to the official notification of the Staff Selection Commission for the GD Constable Recruitment 2018, there are total 7646 vacancies for the female candidates. These vacancies in SSC for the female candidates are for the BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, NIA and SSF. In the BSF, Staff Selection Commision will fill total 2548 female candidates (412 from SC category, 235 from ST category, 547 from the OBC category and 1326 from General Category). In the CISF, there are total 20 vacancies for female candidates (2 for SC Category, 5 for OBC category and 13 for General Category).

In the CRPF, Staff Selection Commission will fill total 1594 female candidates (328 for the SC category, 12 for ST category, 398 for the OBC Category and 856 for the General Category). In the SSB, there are total 2025 vacancies for the female candidates (338 for the SC Category, 159 for the ST category, 477 for the OBC Category and 1051 for the General Category).

In the ITBP, Staff Selection Commission will fill total 619 female candidates (97 for SC Category, 60 for the ST category, 128 for the OBC Category and 334 for the General Category). There are no vacancies for the female candidates in the NIA. In the SSF, there are total 75 vacancies for the female candidates (10 for the SC category, 7 for the ST category, 18 for OBC Category and 40 for the General Category).

SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Category Wise Vacancy Details for the Male Candidates

According to the official notification of the Staff Selection Commission for the GD Constable Recruitment 2018, there are total 47307 vacancies for the male candidates. These vacancies in SSC for the male candidates are for the BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, NIA and SSF. In the BSF, Staff Selection Commision will fill total 14436 male candidates (2351 from SC category, 1341 from ST category, 3267 from the OBC category and 7477 from General Category). In the CISF, there are total 20 vacancies for male candidates (26 for SC Category, 13 for the ST category, 47 for OBC category and 94 for General Category).

In the CRPF, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will fill total 19972 male candidates (3893 for the SC category, 1586 for ST category, 4230 for the OBC Category and 10263 for the General Category). In the SSB, there are total 6521 vacancies for the male candidates (1041 for the SC Category, 610 for the ST category, 1420 for the OBC Category and 3450 for the General Category).

In the ITBP, SSC (Staff Selection Commission) will fill total 3507 male candidates (533 for SC Category, 366 for the ST category, 726 for the OBC Category and 1882 for the General Category). In NIA, the Staff Selection will fill total 8 posts (1 for ST category, 2 for OBC and 5 for the General Category), In the SSF, there are total 372 vacancies for the male candidates (38 for the SC category, 47 for the ST category, 75 for OBC Category and 212 for the General Category).
