SSC GD Constable Recruitment – Admit Cards Released
The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC GD Constable exam from next week. The exam will be held from 11th February 2019 to 11th March 2019. The candidates can check their exam dates on the admit cards of the exam. To recall, Staff Selection Commission started the process of filling the application form for the GD Constable Exam in the month of July last year.
To Check the status and download the admit cards for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment exam 2018 candidates first need to open the regional website of Staff Selection Commission. Click on “Admit Cards For Constable GD”. On the next page, candidates will have to enter the details (Registered ID/Roll number, Father Name/Mother Name, and Date of Birth). After entering all the details click on the Search Status and then download the admit cards.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018
According to the official notification, there are more than 54000 vacancies. These vacancies are for the post of Constable in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, NIA and SSF. There are total 47307 vacancies for the male candidates and for the female candidates, there are total 7646 vacancies.
The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the performance in the CBE (Computer Based Examination). The question paper will be objective type paper which will have total 100 questions of 100 marks. There will be total 25 questions of 25 marks each from the General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics and English/Hindi.
After the CBE Exam, the candidates will be called for the PET. Only the candidates who will clear the CBE will be called for the PET/PST (Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Standard Test)
