SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 Last Date Coming Near
As per the official notification of the Staff Selection Commission for the SSC GD Constable recruitment 2018, the last date to completely submit the application form is 17th September till 5 pm. After that candidates won’t be able to apply online. To recall, the application process was started on 17th August.
In actual, the process of filling the application form was scheduled to begin in the month of July, but it was then postponed due to some technical problem on the website of the Staff Selection Commission. The candidates are advised to register themselves on the official website and then apply online before 17th September.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Vacancies
According to the Staff Selection Commission official notification for the GD Exam 2018, there are total 54953 vacancies for the post of Constable. These vacancies are for the male and female candidates both. Out of all these vacancies in Staff Selection Commission (SSC), total 47307 vacancies for the male candidates while the rest 7646 vacancies are for the female candidates. These vacancies are to be filled in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, NIA and SSF.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 – Other Details
The minimum age limit to apply for the post of Constable under the Staff Selection Commission SSC GD Constable recruitment 2018 is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 23 years. For the General Category candidates and OBC Category candidates, the application fee is Rs.100. The fee can be paid via net banking, debit card, Credit card or via SBI challan. For the rest of the category candidates and female candidates, there is no application fee.
