SSC JE Exam 2017 Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Changed in Latest Notification – Know Details

All the candidates who are aspiring to appear for the SSC JE exam 2017 are advised to go through the revised eligibility criteria by the SSC. SSC that is Staff Selection Commission is conducting the exam for the recruitment of the Junior Engineer. The minimum educational qualification required for the candidates appearing in the SSC JE Exam 2017 has been updated and is released on the official SSC website.

The official notification for the SSC JE Exam 2017 was released on the official website of SSC on 21st October 2017 regarding the application and fee payment date. The last date of paying the online application fee is 17th November 2017 whereas the fee payment through SBI Challan will be opened till 20th November 2017.

Educational Qualification Required for SSC JE Exam 2017 Updated 

Recently, SSC has updated the education qualification for the SSC JE Exam 2017 and posted it on its official website. As per the new norms released on site, all the candidates who have completed their minimum educational qualification till 1st January 2018 can apply for the exam. One can check the complete notification on the official website that is ssc.nic.in. As per the previous notification, all the candidates who are called up for the step of document verification were notified to bring along the certificate of their minimum qualification.

This document verification phase is to confirm that the candidate has acquired the minimum education qualification. The document verification has to be done on or before 1st August 2018 by all the registered candidates. As per latest SSC JE notification, all those candidates will be rejected if they fail to appear for the document verification.

According to the latest posts by SSC JE, the candidates who were going to sit for their minimum education qualification exam this coming March 2018 were declared ineligible for applying. All those candidates who are called up for the document verification round are supposed to complete the process prior to the last date. All the candidates who are eligible as per the new eligibility norm can now proceed further with the document verification.

Also, to clarify, all other important dates, notifications, and announcements remain unchanged. For all these candidates who applied for the SSC JE Exam 2017 are advised to stay in the loop with the notifications.
