SSC JE Exam 2018: Staff Selection Commission has released an official notification regarding the SSC JE (Junior Engineer) Examination 2018. The official notification was released on 1st February 2019 and on the same day the form filling process also started on the official website.
Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC JE Exam every year for the selection of candidates for the post of JE in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Quantity Surveying & Contract. The candidates who want to fill the application form can check the official notification on the SSC website. SSC JE Exam 2018 – Important Dates
Staff Selection Commission released the official notification regarding the SSC JE exam 2018 on 1st February 2019. The link to fill the application form for the post of JE is now active and candidates can submit the form online on the official website. The candidates can fill the application form online till the 25th February 2019 and after that, the link will be deactivated.
Don’t wait for the last date and fill the application form as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush. The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC JE Computer Based Examination Paper 1 fro 23rd September 2019 to 27th September 2019. The Paper 2 of the SSC JE Exam will be held on 29th December 2019.
SSC JE Exam 2018 – Application Fee & Other Details
The candidates from the General and OBC category applying for the SSC JE Exam will have to pay application fee of Rs 100 via offline or online mode during the application form filling process. As per the official notification of Staff Selection Commission, there is no application fee for the candidates belonging to the SC, ST, PWD, and Ex-Serviceman. Women candidates are exempted from the application fee.
The candidates who opted to pay the application fee online can submit the fee till 5 pm on 27th February 2019. While the Challan for the offline payment can be generated until 5 pm on 27th February and application fee can be paid till 28th February 2019 during the Bank Hours.
How To Apply: The candidates who are going to fill the application form for the SSC JE posts are advised to read teh official notification carefully. The candidates will have to complete one-time time registration and after that, the application form can be filled. The candidates need to provide the Mobile Number details, Email ID, Aadhaar Number, Marks details (10th), photograph, signature etc during the registration process. The registration process is the Part 1 and after that Part 2 will be completed. The Part 2 is the filling the application form. Before filling the Part 2, the candidates will have to login with the registration details.
