SSC JE Recruitment 2019: Starting this month, the Staff Selection Commission published an official notification regarding the recruitment of Junior Engineer Exam and also started the online application form filling process for the same. Now just a few days have been left to fill this application form. The candidates who haven’t filled the application form yet are instructed to check the notification and fill the application form if they are eligible. Application process to be closed next week
This official notice was released by the Staff Selection Commission on February 1, 2019. Candidates who are interested in this entrance exam, and have successfully passed there engineering in (Civil, mechanical, electrical and quality surveying and contracts) can apply for this examination. The closing date published by Staff Selection Commission is February 25, 2019, so if you are thinking to fill this online application then you must take a quick step.
Last date for receipt of application is on February 25, till 5 PM, Last date for online fee payment is on February 27, till 5 PM, Last date of generation of offline challan is on February 27, till 5 PM and last date for the payment through challan is on February 28 till 5 PM.
The computer-based examination (Paper 1) will be held on September 23 to September 27, 2019, and date of (Paper 2) is on December 29, 2019.
SSC JE Recruitment 2019 – Other Details
Vacancies: Staff Selection Commission has released various vacancies in different organizations such as Central Water Commission, Public Works Department (PWD) , Military Engineer Services (MES), Water and Power Research Station, Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), National Technical Research Organization (NTRO) etc. Pay scale in Group B (Non-Gazetted), in Level- 6 is (Rs 35400-112400/-) of the pay matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission.
Reservations: Reservation for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Other Backward Classes (OBC)/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Persons with Disability (PWD) etc would be as measured and communicated by the Indenting Ministries/ Departments/Offices.
In JE Group B post, there is no reservation for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) category. However, benefits of age-relaxation will be admissible to ESM candidates, as per extant Govt. Orders. The other details can be checked in the official notification.
