SSC JHT Exam & SSC Steno Exam 2018 | Last Date Tomorrow To Pay Application Fee Offline

The Staff Selection Commission has closed the online application process for the JHT Exam 2018 and SSC Steno Exam 2018. Only the payment process is remaining and the same will close tomorrow. The candidates who have chosen to pay the application fee offline via Bank Challan are advised to pay their application fee before the last date. Only the candidates opted to pay the fee offline can pay the fee now.

SSC JHT Exam & SSC Steno Exam 2018 – Last Date For Payment Of Application Fee

The submission of the online application fee for the JHT exam 2018 and SSC Steno Exam 2018 was closed on 21st November 2018. The last date to make the payment of application fee via Challan is 26th November 2018 i.e on Monday. Only those candidates who have generated the offline Challan can pay the application fee during working hours on 26th November 2018. After that candidates won’t be able to deposit the fee.

SSC JHT Exam & SSC Steno Exam 2018 – Exam Date & Other Details

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the Computer Based Examination for the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination, 2018 on 12the January 2019. These are exam dates for Paper 1. The candidates who will clear the first paper will be called for the Paper 2 i.e Descriptive Paper.

The Examination for the Steno Grade C and D posts will be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission in the month of February 2019. The exam will be held from 1st February 2019 to 6th February 2019. SSC will release the admit cards for the exam 10 to 15 days before the exam.

The Computer Based Examination for the Stenographer Grade C and D posts will be of 200 marks and will have 200 questions. The duration of the exam is 2 hours. In 2 hours candidates will have to attempt 200 questions. The questions in the SSC Steno Paper will be from General Intelligence, Awareness and English Language. There will be 50 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, 50 questions from General Awareness and 100 questions from the English Language.

For the selection of candidates for JHT exam 2018, there will be two Papers. The first paper will be objective type and the second paper will be descriptive. The computer-based exam i.e Paper 1 will have questions from General Hindi and General English. The descriptive paper will be of 200 marks. The subjects included in this are Translation and Essay.
